Brilliant Budget Bags Ft Shein.

I’m quite renowned for my handbag obsession – not designer ones, although if I could afford them I probably would partake in those as well! No, just your everyday, High Street ‘budget’ bags.

When I used to work in an office, I had a ‘handbag cupboard’ with over 40 of them in and I would swap them daily to go with my outfits … that’s actually quite embarrassing to admit!

The thing is with bags, it doesn’t matter if you’re having a big bum day or a tired, ugly face day – a bag always looks great doesn’t it?! Also I love that you can wear a relatively simple outfit and style it up with a statement handbag.

Although I don’t generally spend a lot of money on bags, I really don’t want them to look cheap – so for me, the material ‘budget bags’ are made out of is really important. Sometimes imitation leather looks a bit thin and shiny or the hardware can be flimsy or overly yellow if it’s gold, so I think you do have to be choosy.

I have particular high street and online shops that I find tend to do good affordable bags and one of those is Shein who are well known for their designer handbag dupes.

I only placed my first order with them a couple of months ago and I was really impressed with the ones that arrived:

I chose one with quite a lot of detail on it, which I am absolutely obsessed with – I had it on the chair in my bedroom for a few days just so I could keep admiring it!

Double Bird Buckle Bag, £24.43

Then I chose a patent bag which I thought would be really cute for Autumn to add a different texture to my outfits – I got myself a bottle green one and a gorgeous cherry red colour for my friend’s birthday and she absolutely loved it!

Pushlock Closure Bag, £11.50

So now I’ve seen how good their bags are and that they live up to the hype,  it’s done nothing to help my bag fetish and I have a feeling I may need to reintroduce the handbag cupboard?!

Here’s a few more I have my eye on – can you spot the Chloe, Gucci and YSL Dupes?!:

Silver Metal Detail Bag, £20.49

Ring chain faux suede flap bag , £24.53

Chevron Stitch Cross Body Bag, £17.63

Metal detail ring handle (almost sold-out), £18.39

Snake Print, £10.24

Zip Trim, £22.06

Saddle Bag, £20.49

Embroidered Shoulder Bag, £21.27

Yellow Flap Shoulder Bag, £22.06

Pushlock Closure Bag, £12.61

Snake Chain Bag, £18.39

Statement Gold Hardware, £16.55

So that’s a few of the bags which are tempting me and Shein get new stock in all the time so it’s worth looking regularly!
