Starting Again + freebie!

Every day is a new opportunity to start over and I know how much life can change in a short space of time…

I really believe that by keeping our minds on track, focused on what we want for the future – whilst also taking good care of ourselves in the present – can have a really big and positive impact on our lives in both the short and long-term.

I’m a big one for lists, I’m a real stationary addict and I have so many different notebooks for different things that I want to get done… but I found that was getting a bit confusing and not helping me in actual day-to-day life, so I pulled together the key things I believe will help me make the most out of each and every day – and to feel generally happier too – and I made a daily planner which I’m sharing with you today.

It’s free, you can either print it out or you can keep it on your computer and fill it out digitally…

… all you have to do is click here or the image below to download it to your computer or phone.

I don’t know whether you’ve noticed, but I’ve also revamped the whole website design for Autumn – I hope you like it…. to me it feels more fresh, modern and magazine-like which is what I was aiming for … and I think the homepage showcases my photography better – what do you think?

So anyway, I hope you find this planner useful – please do let me know if you use it!

And would you be interested in having more freebies like this in the future?

I love that this includes a section for today’s wins!! So important to have that. Sometimes, my wins are as simple as “I drank lots of water today” but when the to-do list is full of stuff not yet done, it’s helpful to actually write down the wins too!

This is great, many thanks for the free planner. I’m currently trying to be more organised and use bullet journalling and better lists, so this will be really useful.

Perfect timing! I totally agree Tiffany when it comes to keeping our minds on track and looking after ourselves. I’m also a list and stationary nut and struggle to find a definitive format / list to help motivate me and keep me productive. This looks great and I’m now using it all this week. I love the Today’s wins section as I do tend to focus on what I haven’t done normally not what has been completed.
